Ben Simmons, who is averaging 16 points and 8.2 assists per game and is doing a very credible job of making us all believe in The Process, declared himself the obvious choice for Rookie of the Year in an interview with ESPN this week. “I think I have been playing solid all year,” he said. “If you look at the numbers, you’ll see. People who know the game know.”
